My background

I am a language student with 2 years’ experience tutoring languages to children aged 6-16. I try to find fun but instructive means of helping students enjoy and build a passion for languages, creating a supportive environment in which students can feel at ease and able to make mistakes. By working from where a student is at and at the pace they find comfortable, I help them gently push themselves to exceed their expectations.

Experience

I am a language student who has tutored European languages (French, Italian, English and Ancient Greek) for two years. As a student of languages myself, I understand the complexities of the French language and grammar and have developed strategies to help students master the language. I am currently between school and university and hold an offer from the University of Cambridge to study modern languages this autumn.
