2 - Message as many as you like, we recommend at least four.
3 - Agree a time with the tutor.
4 - Book a lesson with them via the tutor's profile.
5 - On the day of the lesson, you will receive a JOIN button.
6 - All lessons take place on the Scholar Hub lesson space The Hub.
7 - The Hub has a video feed, whiteboard, sharescreen, messaging and record function.
8 - You can record all sessions, which are saved in past lessons, by subscribing to this feature for £10 per month.

Scholar Hub handles all payments on behalf of the learner and educator. At the point of committing to a lesson payment is taken and the teacher is paid on completion of the lesson.

You can reschedule a lesson at any time. Simply, click on the button in the lesson notice via your dashboard. You will be asked to pick another time and this request will be sent to the educator to accept. Your payment will carry over to the new timeslot.

If a lesson is missed by a learner, payment is, unfortunately, non-refundable as this is time booked with a teacher. Lesson reminders will go out to both learners and educators to mitigate missed lessons. However, if a lesson is missed by an educator the fee will be refunded.

On confirming a booking the learner directly contracts with the educator using the Scholar Hub platform. Scholar Hub does not direct or train the educators. It is up to the learner to make an informed choice based on the details provided on educator profiles.

Lessons can easily be changed or cancelled via the dashboard when a user logs into their account.
