My background

I am a fun, energetic, motivational and dedicated person. I want to make every young person I work with enjoy their learning experience with me and i work hard to ensure children leave my sessions with a smile on their face. I feels it’s important I build strong rapport with the people I work with and to build sound relationships to ensure children feel safe and have a sense of creativity and autonomy over their learning. I will work tirelessly to ensure students gain the maximum of their learning experience.

Experience

Hey! I’m Paul!

Currently I work in Sports, predominantly in Professional and School football. I am an Academy Coach and I deliver sessions in Primary Schools and for children in the community. I am a Lead support worker for a Youth charity and we deliver open door sessions to children aged 11-18, where I manage the centre and 2 staff, 3 volunteers and 1 young leader volunteer. I also deliver mentoring sessions to students who are planning to go into higher education through the Brightside Project.
