From currently working at the Stirling School Of English, I have lead workshops with small groups and have worked individually with students, helping them prepare for speaking exams.
I have assisted individual students, helping them prepare for speaking exams by listening carefully and assisting with pronunciations and providing extra vocabulary and carefully explaining it's meaning.
I provide a friendly and positive approach to my teaching method, making my lessons fun and motivating for the students. I give careful and clear instructions by using actions to explain vocabulary and breaking down meanings of adjectives and adverbs more digestible to learn.
For the past 3 years, I have been leading music workshops with young children and tutoring adults individually in London. Since moving to Spain at the beginning of this year, I completed a 120 hour TEFL course and have expanded my teaching career by now leading and assisting English classes at the Stirling School of English in Ponferrada, Spain. I have been working with small classes of around 3-4 young native Spanish speaking students.
I have added to my English teaching career by pursuing lessons online with students from all over the world.
