My background

Enthusiastic native Spanish speaker

I am a native Spanish speaker, originally from Latin America, now living and working in Worcester. I grew up with a love of the Spanish language, with a strong influence from my mother, who is a teacher of Spanish literature.

I have a qualification in teaching Spanish as a foreign language and would love to help others learn and improve their Spanish. I can teach all aspects of the language, including lessons targeted at beginners and more advanced lessons for those looking to refine their skills.

During the first lesson I will take time to understand the student´s objectives and assess their level of proficiency in the language. This will allow me to adapt the classes to suit the needs of the student. I am patient in my approach and will teach at a pace to suit the individual, using a variety of exercises. My teaching style is based on the communicative approach, enabling students to embed their learning through practising real life examples.
