My background

I’ve been a primary school teacher for 24 years, mainly teaching Key Stage 2 pupils from Year 1 to Year 6. I focus my teaching using growth mindset where mistakes are evidence of learning & children are supported to feel safe in stretching their boundaries. I am able to use a wide range of strategies to enable pupils to move past barriers in their learning. I use a variety of techniques to support pupils in understanding themselves as learners and problem solvers towards independence & success.
