My background

I am an experienced History teacher of 10 years, exam marker and OCR Team Leader. Working in several comprehensive schools in the West Midlands, I have experience of teaching different historical content and for different exam boards. I have taught KS3, KS4 and KS5 History, including A Level coursework. I also have experience in tutoring students outside of the classroom, both for academic and confidence building/aspirational reasons. Finally, I after obtaining a 1st for my BA History, I have completed two MA degrees and am currently studying for an EdD, which means that I am happy to support students at an undergraduate level either for degrees in History or Educational Studies.
