My background

I find myself as a dedicated teacher who is able to motivate and encourage students to move forward in their studies. There has been never a single child whom I couldn’t push further to score higher than their predicted grades. My teaching strategies are quite focused on individual requirements, as no two students are exactly same. Being an external examiner for years as well as having the teaching experience for more than 14 years has allowed me to apply specific exam techniques to help the students to understand the science concepts and how to crack the exam questions in various boards. I have worked in various countries and taught students from countries like India, Malaysia, Singapore and Dubai. Now, I am quite confident that with my experience and effective teaching strategies, I would be able to guide and help many more in UK as well.

Experience

An experienced tutor for more than 14 years. I have been specialized in Biology and chemistry and teaching across the grades from Primary to GCSE and A/IB levels. I have worked across many countries like India and Malaysia and after gaining much of experience and effective teaching strategies, I am facilitating many students now in Birmingham. With my knowledge and being an external examiner for Biology in GCSE as well as IB , it gives me great opportunity to guide the students with specific exam techniques to aim for higher scores. I am also experienced in BTEC Biology and provide the best guidance for external exams as well as assignments submission.

My teaching style is very much focused on the needs of the student in order to support him/her to see an improvement in scores. Being confident in my style of explanation for the concepts in science, you would be finding it easier to understand and then apply the learning to achieve better grades.

Qualifications

I have done my Masters degree in Environmental Management which imparts expertise in biology as well as chemistry . along with that my teaching qualification of Bachelors in education provides me not only eligibility to teach but also led me experience all effective teaching strategies to focus on students needs and progression.
