My Background

My enthusiasm for languages has been a driving force throughout my life. My passion for language instruction has grown stronger from achieving my Certificate for Teaching Italian as a Foreign Language to my experiences during my PGCE placements and induction year in remarkable schools working alongside talented professionals. Throughout my career, I have been consistently committed in delivering engaging lessons that facilitate and underpin learners' understanding of foreign languages and cultures.
Furthermore, I am a fluent Spanish speaker with a C2 certificate and experience teaching Spanish at GSCE level. I am also eager to extend my teaching expertise to A-level students, as I believe in nurturing learners' language skills at all proficiency levels.
I am deeply committed to innovation and fostering new ways of thinking in language instruction. My aim is to engage students during lessons and equip them with the tools necessary to become independent learners. I believe in instilling a love for learning languages that extends far beyond the classroom, empowering students to explore and embrace new cultures and linguistic horizons.
