My background

My name is Matilda and I am 29 years old. I am a kind, trustworthy and caring individual, I really enjoy working with children. I am currently a maths teacher who is an Economics graduate that has a QTS and can also teach 11 - 18 mathematics, I have worked in finance for more than 7 years and I made the move into education in 2016 where I worked as a Mathematics specialist high level teaching assistant before gaining my teaching qualification . I also have the experience of working as a part time private tutor for about 7 years.

I have always believed there is more than one way to teach mathematics which is why I learn about the children and assess how they learn, which enables me to plan series of lessons that suit their needs.
