Introducing Sarah

My background

I'm a qualified secondary school Science teacher (QTS) with three years of classroom experience teaching Science across Years 7–11, including AQA GCSE Combined Science Trilogy. I hold an Honours Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Education with teachables in Science and Maths giving me a broad grounding in both subjects I tutor.

Alongside my UK teaching role, I've built experience through university-level tutoring and substitute/placement teaching in Canada, working with students across a range of ages and abilities. I specialise in GCSE Maths and Science at both Foundation and Higher tier, and I'm confident supporting students working towards AQA and Edexcel exams.

My classroom background means I know exactly what examiners look for and where students typically lose marks, so I can help target revision efficiently and build genuine confidence in the subject.
