I give lessons to A-level Maths and Further Maths students. I usually like to break down a problem into smaller pieces, which makes the problem easier to understand. Then by solving different kinds of questions, one would soon be able to learn the 'structure' of each one. Also, instead of cramming down concepts, I am always keen on giving students the reasoning behind the theorem.
I am a recent MSc graduate in Mathematics from the University of Durham, where I have obtained a distinction. Since 6 years ago, I have taught both in large groups (e.g. teaching an online Maths Olympiad class of 200 students) and in one-to-one settings, where every one of them has achieved an A-level Maths grade of at least A.
