My background

Hard-working and resourceful with a positive attitude and passion for learning. I have excellent command of the English language. I am professional, organised and reliable with exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work efficiently as part of a team or independently. I enjoy spreading my enthusiasm for learning and sharing my knowledge with others, using my own learning and methods for understanding content to help explain topics to others. I am also enthusiastic and a quick learner, acknowledging different styles of learning variety among individuals.

Experience

As a recent graduate, I have only just finished my academic experience so have considerable amount of my own learning experiences to reflect on, through GSCEs, A-levels, and higher education. I have experiences tutoring Maths at GSCE level, at my previous School, Simon Balle School, assisting students, particularly those in reach of gaining the next grade up where a little extra help and clarification was all that was required. I also acted as a volunteer student Mentor for first-year Marine Biology students whilst a senior students at the University of Southampton.

Integrated Masters of Marine Biology (1st Class Honors).
A Levels: Mathematics (A), Biology (A), Geography (B)
12 GCSEs A* - C including Maths, English and Sciences.
