Jake D.

My Background

Jake has over twenty years experience in musicianship, with his primary instrument being the Bass guitar. After many years of playing and being inspired by many different styles and genres, Jake went on to attend the Academy of Contemporary Music (ACM) where he studied Bass Performance at a BA hons level.
After graduating, Jake honed the skills he had learnt by playing with bands such as: Vault Holiday; Running with Wolves and Sik Fret, where he cemented his knowledge in live performance, composition and studio work.

Jake now takes this knowledge into his work at The Rock Project in the Croydon and Redhill branches where he teaches both Children and Adults. Jake also spends his time working on his project: 'Divide the Ocean', an instrumental metal duo, who's first studio album (self titled) has just been released on Spotify, YouTube and Apple Music.
