My background

As a qualified mathematics teacher I understand the importance and ensuring that all children have the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of maths. I have worked with a range of abilities and enjoy relating many concepts to real life so that students understand why what they are learning is important.

Experience

I am a fully qualified secondary mathematics teacher and specialise in GCSE qualifications. I have a BSc Mathematical Science degree with a 2:1 classification. Over the past two years I have also tutored privately on a one-to-basis.
