My background

I have a first-class degree in English Literature and Sociology and am currently undertaking a postgraduate degree in Sociology. Studying both of these subjects at a degree level has not only developed my analytic , verbal and written communication skills and equipped me with the ability to guide others in developing their own ideas and forming strong arguments, but has also given me an appreciation for the benefit of an equal learning experience for all, no matter what one's learning ability or background. I am a passionate, motivated, and enthusiastic individual who is dedicated towards providing fun and accessible English tutoring from GCSE to degree level.

Experience

I have a a years experience delivering GCSE English tutoring on both an individual and group basis, working closely with the formal curriculum to deliver tailored guidance based on the student's needs. I have also volunteered for Leeds Student Action for Refugees, delivering weekly English conversation classes with students of various abilities.
