My background

Hi, I'm Atira and I am an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion. I enjoy teaching and more importantly answering those questions that seemingly remain unanswered! I was not raised as Catholic and therefore understand what can appear confusing and why. I'm mid forties, female and am also a Musical Artist, Author and Therapist. I enjoy a challenge and I do not judge, I prefer to assist than to be hypocritical! I have knowledge of how other faiths differentiate and why they are so. It is beneficial to learn ways of coping when there seems no escape and I am happy to help anyone know the truth and any knowledge required, be this the basics or real in depth information. Spiritual Direction is a guide that will never let you down and open many doors.

Experience

Ministry of the Eucharistic, youth ministry, healing ministry. Many courses including the Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion, Priests and People Forum. I have led Holy hour daily, led bible study groups, taught the rosary, served as a Minister weekly. Taught the faith to many and counselled many. Attended many meetings, helped rehabilitate and support. Opened churches and gave information, assisted with funerals and events. I am also a sponsor/godparent. Vast community experience helping others understand the faith and taught the meanings of what is written.
