My background

I am an enthusiastic and conscientious individual who can work as part of a team to create great experiences.I Possess excellent communication skills and am highly organised with the ability to be flexible when needed.I have a proven track record of success, including working in a student focused environment and possessing experience of working with children.

I am an enthusiastic tutor with the ability to communicate effectively, I have excellent numeracy skills and am able to work under pressure. I also consider myself to be able to manage my time effectively whilst being able to prioritise appropriately. I am able to use my initiative and am a motivated individual.

Experience

My previous employment as a performing arts activities leader was a rewarding and enriching job role. I coached activity participants to help improve there skills as well as build there confidence. I was also a tutor in a secondary school. I supported teaching and learning in schools. I helped children to reach their potential while helping them with their homework, maths and reading and writing. Within the next month I will be starting a college course called supporting teaching and learning in schools. This will increase my understanding and it allows me to progress further with my career. Alongside my college course I will be starting a job position in the drama department of a secondary school.
