My background

My name is Sunil Naphray BA(Hons), MA, PGCE (FAHE), CTESLA, DELTA,ACCPH, a professional, friendly, organised and highly skilled individual with a multi-modality approach towards the delivery of teaching and learning for my clients. I am British born and educated citizen of the UK with several academic and post-graduate qualifications and extensive professional experience of delivering education in the UK including schools, colleges and universities. I mainly train teachers in the UK as well as teach learners a variety of subjects, including English and Maths. I am a very efficacious individual who practises mindfulness and makes the most of each moment in life. As well as being a dedicated professional, I am a devoted father of two grown up, independent children, always engaging in philanthropic, pursuits by supporting homeless people, raising funds for charity and regularly donating to local food banks. In my spare time, I love going on long, mountainous treks in the great outdoors, socialising with close friends and my loving family and keeping fit. I am a regular member of my gym and attend weekly bootcamps to keep mind, body and soul in check. I also relish any opportunity of working on challenging educational assignments which fully utilises my skills and expertise. Essentially, my life purpose is to use my skills and talents to help people learn and transform to help them to become the best version of themselves.

Experience

I am a fully qualified and highly experienced teacher of English and Maths for over 27 years. I have taught in schools, colleges and universities across the UK; hence I have worked with all age groups, capabilities and needs. I can teach from Key Stage up to GCSE in Maths and up to A-level in English, including 11+ common entrance exams. I am a freelance consultant, trainer and developer. As well as having three Master's level qualifications (including MA), I am also DELTA qualified (Level 7) with 22 years of post-DELTA experience. I have extensive experience of using digital technology for teaching and training, including webinars, content creation (goconqr) and developing online courses.I am also a qualified NLP Therapist/Life Coach and have my own online business running - www.life-genius.com where I have created numerous online courses and products. My teaching repertoire is extensive and also includes running courses in personal development, staff development, coaching, mentoring, leadership and management.I am highly flexible and can adapt myself to any educational project. I have superb, all round communication skills and well versed in functional IT packages and use an up to date Mac Book to undertake all of my online work. I also teach English online for iTutor Group and looking towards expanding my online teaching portfolio worldwide.
