My background

Coming from a position where I didn't regard myself as an academically gifted person. I've proved to myself and many people around me that hard work does pay off. I wasn't exceptionally well and did not always get the top grades but having a determined and motivated character allowed me to flourish with knowledge. I'd like to think of myself as a positive person who tried to see the best of ugly situations. It really comes in handy when you're exposed to difficult concepts that make it tempting to give up.
