My background

Having taught in a variety of contexts over the past ten years, I have come to understand the many ways in which a teacher supports a child. The opportunity to develop children in both social and educational contexts is where I find my purpose in teaching. I practise the virtue of patience for inclusive learning; adapting lessons to reach each learner’s potential, and strive to maintain the creative edge needed for lessons to be engaging. My main aim is to inspire my students to become independent learners and to have a love of learning that they carry with them throughout their lives.
