My background

Hi! I'm Ben. Previously I've given one-to-one and group tutoring to a range of students from GCSE to degree level, with the aim of being approachable and knowledgeable. This includes my time as academic support officer for mathematics at Warwick University, tutoring first year students in a laid back environment.

I've achieved top results for maths in my GCSEs, A-levels and masters degree. After graduating with a first class masters degree, I have started work as a Data Scientist, where I often have to explain the results of complex methods in a simplified manner.

I'm happy to go into details outside of a curriculum, as I believe seeing the wider picture, and applications of a subject, can lead to a better understanding and more enjoyment in general. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
