I am currently studying to become a Dentist. I have been teaching since the age of 16 and as a result I have over 7 years of teaching experience. I have taught both one to one, group sessions and also in schools. I love teaching and I have a strong passion in this field. I thoroughly enjoy seeing my students progress and I do whatever I can to help them improve and get the grades they are aiming for. I have achieved nothing less than A*s and As for my A-level and GCSE's and I am confident I can pass on not only my subject knowledge, but my study techniques that has allowed me to achieve high grades.
I have worked as a private tutor for over 7 years and I have also worked in multiple tuition centres where by I would teach small groups of students a number of subjects such as Mathematics and sciences. Before I came to University I also worked in a school for a year. These experiences have allowed me to build a wealth of experience and help many students improve. Such success stories include students being able to sit 'higher tier' papers from being at foundation level, and also achieving past their predicted grades. As I am a student, I understand the needs of my fellow students and I can relate to this as I sat my GSCEs and A levels not long ago. As a result I know how to adapt my teaching to each student and help them understand the content better. I also am familiar with exam mark schemes and frequently give my students tips on exam techniques and how to study.
