My background

Hello! My name is Mia and I’m a native English teacher, with experience in preparation for various exams (FCE, CAE, CPE, IELTS etc.), competitions, conversational lessons for speaking practice and just general/ business/ school/ university tutoring. Don’t worry if you’re not able to speak confidently just yet or you’ve had a few years’ break from using English, we’ll get you up to speed in no time!

**I also offer tutoring services for better essay writing.

My method is very individual for each student and as teaching English is my passion, I spend a lot of my free-time preparing materials and checking your homework, so we can maximise our 60 minutes together. If I see my students succeeding, it’s a little personal victory for me as well!

As far as my education goes, I graduated from a renowned UK university with a degree from Philosophy, Politics and Economics and then moved onto teaching English for foreigners around the world: from London, to Colombia, Spain, Poland and South East Asia.
