My Background

I am a current postgraduate student reading for a Masters degree in Drug Discovery, Design and Delivery at Liverpool John Moores University and have already achieved a BSc in Chemistry with Medicinal Chemistry from the University of St Andrews. I studied all 3 sciences to A2 level, achieving good results and have over two years experience tutoring 1 to 1 for all three sciences at GCSE level. I am highly flexible in my explanations and love to ask "why?" when an answer is given, just to double check that the understanding is there. I firmly believe the best way to succeed in Science is to understand the concepts behind the phenomena we see in our natural world and apply that knowledge and my tutoring style is designed towards that goal. I am willing to focus on parts of the syllabus that require help or are the subject of upcoming assessments.

I offer tutoring for all three sciences at GCSE level, as well as A level Chemistry and Biology.
