My background

Hello, my name is Maame, I am a young professional looking to educate and help others learn the English Language. I will always try my best to teach in a fun and engaging way in order for you to get the most out of them. I know learning new skills/languages/activities can be a little tricky but the key is patience which I always give to those I tutor. I will always strive to fit the lessons around you to ensure they are the most effective and that you get the most out of each session with me. I hope to hear from you soon, and look forward to tutoring you.

Experience

I have tutored a Year 10 pupil in GCSE level English Literature during the lockdown period. These topics focused on analysing the play 'An Inspector Calls', writing GCSE level essays, answering GCSE level questions, encouraging independent study and providing encouragement and motivation during low productivity times.

I was also a mentor on a programme within the company SEO London, this involved mentoring an A-Level student during their studies, providing them with support on choosing university choices, career paths and future aspirations, sending useful and informative links to articles on their chosen career path as well as making regular contact checking on their progress.
