My background

I am a Psychology Educator, Coach & Consultant with a Masters degree in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London and have been teaching psychology to students and coaching teaching staff at international schools in the UK, Europe and Thailand for several years. I am now teaching students one to one online because I am committed to getting individual students to a higher level and feel this is the best way to do so.

Designed, developed and delivered an IPHM accredited CPD course for Teachers and Counsellors, “Teach Children Mindfulness and Meditation Practitioners Certificate” which was very successful in Thailand, attended by prominent international schools including Bangkok Patana, St Andrew’s, NIST and Panyaden amongst others.
