My background

As a counsellor, I meet a lot of people that need help with their thoughts and their feelings. Working with people can be very difficult and require high levels of training however sometimes everyone can help one another psychologically. Interpersonal skills are at the core of counselling and learning how to counsel people effectively is as much about how you communicate with people as it is about the theoretical.

Experience

I have worked as a counsellor for three years and have had many pastoral and care roles.

Qualifications

I have a degree in Counselling Theory and Practice
