My background

Hello! My name is Louise and I love to teach. I am highly motivated, positive person who wants to bring out the best in children. My aim is to help children fulfil their potential by teaching them in a patient, supportive, fun and engaging way developing weaknesses into strengths.

I am an effective primary school teacher possessing a conscientious nature with an enthusiastic attitude and approach to work. Demonstrating success over 20 years in teaching, motivating, and directing children whilst maintaining high interest and achievement. Flexibility to teach a range of children from the Foundation Stage to Year 6. Specialising in Early Years and Key Stage 1 with an excellent understanding of the Early Years Framework, Development Matters and National Curriculum.
Able to plan effectively and meet individual needs whilst applying a range of teaching styles in a safe, and purposeful environment where learners are valued, achieving their potential.
