My background

My name is Kat, and I am a qualified nurse, studying for a PhD with The Open University, with a focus on culture, language and early pregnancy. I am also undertaking a government recognised TEFL course to become a qualified teacher of English as a foreign language.

I recently left the UK to live in the beautiful city of Leipzig, Germany, with my 3 year old son, and my husband. We enjoy being outside, meeting new people, music and eating good food.

I have a passion for people, seeing them realise their potential and exceed their goals. I was a tutor with UK Tutors during my nursing training in 2010-2012, and can't wait to meet new some new tutees through ScholarHub.
