My background

My name is Jasmine and I have been a teacher for six years. Once I realised I had a passion for teaching, I completed my CELTA and taught adults as well as teenagers English as a second language. I did this for two years in Oxford, England, before moving to Morocco where I taught at a university as well as at an English language school for just over two years. After returning to England, I began working in marketing and PR communications but I still teach online. Teaching brings me so much joy and simply knowing that I am making a difference and helping someone achieve their goals is the most rewarding experience.

I focus on learning styles with each of my students, so that I can provide the best learning experience and environment. I have experience teaching large classes of up to 25 people, as well as one-to-one sessions. I have experience in teaching IELTS for those who wish to enter universities in the UK or Canada.

Whilst I was in Morocco I also worked with organisations such as Renault and large textile manufacturing companies, where I taught Business English. I was also module leader at a University and taught Grammar in business context.
