I graduated with a 1st class Honors degree in Computing from Ulster University in 2013. I worked as a programmer before completing my PGCE in 2013. I am passionate about my subject and love all things techy. I really enjoy programming and love trying out new technologies and working on personal projects. I believe that with the right guidance and direction anyone can develop the skills necessary to both undertake careers in computing and to use technology to maximise productivity. I love my job as a teacher and take great pride in being a part of a student's learning journey. I always give %100 effort to ensure that my students progress in a way that maximises their true potential.
I have been a Java programmer for 2 years. I also worked on Angular JS, Bash and Ruby projects. I have taught KS3 IT/Computing. I have also taught GCSE Computer Science with OCR. A Level Computer Science with both OCR and AQA exam boards. I have taught A Level IT, BTEC Level 3 IT and Creative Digital Media (Games Design). I have been solely responsible for students completing their A Level coursework and teaching the programming theory necessary for this.
I have a 1st class Honors Degree in Computing with Commendation. I have a PGCE Secondary teaching with Computing.
