Introducing Bert

My background

My name is Bert and I am a QTS and master in Biology. I got my degree at the university of Antwerp, back in 2000.

I have been teaching for 20 years of which 1 year in the Greater London area.

After that, I became head of Natural Sciences at Sint Jozefinstituut in Essen, Belgium, where I was a classroom teacher for 18 years.

I was also involved in school policy, health policy and ICT integration in the classroom.

I decided to quit classroom teaching and become a full-time online tutor. This is much more rewarding to me, because the progress pupils make is very visible and measurable.

I am looking forward to helping you to improve your science knowledge.
