My background

I'm a qualified primary school teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have been teaching in primary schools for over six years in London. I have a great passion for teaching Maths at primary school level and have an excellent, systematic and clear approach to teaching Maths.

Experience

I've been teaching for over six years and have taught from Years 1 to 6. During my initial few years of teaching, I developed immensely as a teacher and learnt a lot about planning and delivering lessons as well as incorporating all the key components required to make a lesson successful for children, including having clear Learning Objectives and Success Criteria, modelling clearly to children and giving constant verbal and written feedback.

Qualifications

I hold a PGCE in General Primary (with QTS) from University of Cumbria, as well as a BA Hons degree in Arabic and English Language from University of Westminster achieving a 1st class.
