My background

Hello!

I’m currently studying in my final year at the University of Leeds, for a degree in BSc Geography. I specialise in Glaciology but also have extensive knowledge on Climate Systems and Climate Change.

I am currently on course to achieve a first-class degree. My dissertation study is on the calving rates of glaciers in Svalbard, and their link to warming ocean currents caused by global warming.

Passions of mine are music, climbing and surfing. I love being outdoors in the wild and really enjoy meeting new people from all over the world!

Experience

I am fascinated by our world’s Geography and my experience at university has only excited me more to continue this interest of mine after university.

The world is currently under a lot of stress and strain from shifting climate patterns, which is strongly impacting communities from across the globe.

I take great pride in teaching people, of all academic, about these processes and their implications for the future!
