My background

I have built companies from conception to £250m valuations, spoken at the UN, run a wildlife foundation and competed in sport at a high level.

Today I spend most of my time working with the wealthiest families in the world trying to solve the greatest problems we face today as a society; we have an ever growing population, how do we feed ourselves, get clean water, access to clean and renewable energy.

I am really passionate about passing on my knowledge to others and helping people so they may learn from the mistakes I've made along the way so they don't have to. I'm happy to give business advice, life advice, sporting advice and general motivation. I'm also happy just to be a sounding board for people in need of someone to hear them and their ideas.

Experience

Barclay et al. - My own company; I work with some of the wealthiest families in the world to solve societies biggest problems. As a part of this I have been working with the UN to help developing nations gain access to billions of dollars to develop much needed infrastructure, building hospitals, renewable energy plants and much more.

SPN - A wildlife foundation, founded by a Hollywood movie producer; I ran a wildlife foundation for 2 years, I rebranded and restructured the organisation, leading the formation of their international education and conservation programmes, expanding their team and increasing their revenues whilst increasing charitable spending.

VSTE - A cyber security firm valued at £250m when I left; I was director of the firm helping it grow from a small company, I introduced the firm to the NHS, Nato, EY and the Bank of England. The firm was even lauded by the likes of Theresa May.

Percent - A financial technology company focused on charities; I was first employee, I closed their first ever paying deal and 30 more like it, had input on their product and I formed a partnership with one of the largest banks in the UK.
