We hope you have been well over these past few months and have ridden out the covid storm with ease. 

For those who have been unwell or lost loved ones our sincere condolences. 

The sun is starting to peak out from the clouds and we feel it's time to get back on the bandwagon and live, work and enjoy life.

After two years of on and off lockdown in the UK, restrictions have been wholly dropped and we find ourselves on the way back to our pre-covid norms, however, a different norm.

As Confucius says our greatest glory is not in never falling (or failing), but in rising stronger every time.
