My background

Hi! I will be an English Literature student at Manchester University in the autumn, and have previously given informal lessons to friends and family in high school. I am working towards a Level 3 TEFL qualification and am predicted an A* in A Level English Literature, and consistently achieved high grades in English throughout school. I have always had a passion for English, and feel that the current curriculum is uninspired, especially at higher levels. I aim to make my students feel passion for English, and enjoy the subject. I want to encourage students to engage with texts fully, rather than on a surface level for the curriculum.
