Up to 10 participants in one session.
What is the difference between the Basic and Pro plans?
The basic plan is where an educator signs up for free and has access to the digital classroom ( first 40 mins free) and posting rights on the platform notice board and the Scholar Hub FB group.
What is the difference between the main session room and the break out room?
Educators can create extra breakout rooms, if required, in order to help them facilitate a smoother session.
What payment methods do you accept?
All subscriptions to Pro are paid via debit/credit card.
All fees paid to course creators are via Stripe.
All taxes that are applicable, such as VAT, will be added.
International participants do not pay UK VAT.
Can I pay monthly or annually?
At this moment in time, you can only pay monthly.
How does the subscription service work? Can I cancel my subscription?
You can easily cancel your subscription from your account page.
